For the first time in my life, at the age of 36, I decided to be by myself and let myself feel lonely. After 10 years of living in Thailand, Australia and Indonesia, a a hand full of broken hearts and a once again empty bank account, I kept asking the question

What do I really want for myself?

The answer was
- Connection -
We are all connected within this universe, but at the same time we possess the capacity of creating a unique and individual human experience.
After tearing myself open, inviting death with open arms and experiencing an incredible free fall through the abyss of my emotional and physical self, I wasn't the same person anymore that I once knew. I found an undeniable trust in the supportiveness of life and nature and an unshakable belief in my truest self.
I understood the power of
- Authenticity -

Being authentic means to be the most honest version of yourself. Only by being honest, loving and grateful with ourselves, we become capable of gifting the same qualities to our environment and the people around us.
I decided to take complete responsibility for not just my actions, but the driving forces inside of me. I am responsible for my emotions. I am responsible for my feelings. I am responsible for my own human experience.
I will create an ever expanding and most purposeful life. All I want, treat myself with love and share my experience with others. Only when we are open to give, we become able to receive, since our outer world is a mere reflection our inner state of being. We can manifest anything we desire by purely imagining it and acting on the belief that it will happen. We can only ever receive in the now, because that is all there is. The less we wait for something to happen and open up to the infinite opportunities around us, the sooner it will come into form. Therefore, I decided to live a life of
